Balance.
Stability, steadiness, leveled. I know it's difficult to make everything happen each and every day. Sometimes it feels like it's just not enough time in the day to do all that you have to do but somehow you make it work. You must stop, take a deep breath and realize it's okay. You can't do everything. Do not stress yourself out. We wrap ourselves into our work, our family, and other responsibilities that we sometimes forget to take care of ourselves, our health. Just having some fun once in a while. Try not to take on more than you can handle. It's okay to just say NO. Remember, balance is the key.
Brave.
Fearless, courageous. I chose brave because you must be gutsy
to step out of the box. Are you willing to be daring? Are you determined to make a difference in your life this year? I hope that you have already started. And if you haven't, the time is now. Like I always say, every second must count. Are you bold enough? You need to make sure you don't hesitate and dare to be a warrior.
There is NO glory in being fearful.
Believe.
To accept something as true, trust. Please do not have any doubt. Rest assured if you work hard there is nothing that you can't have. The only ones stopping you would be you. I know that you can do it. I believe in you and you are smart. You are confident and you are worthy. You only deserve greatness. You must conceive your dream, your goal, your vision, your aspiration must be in front of you. Know your objective and lock it in. Trust yourself. Do not let anyone dismiss your mission. I want you to repeat after me. Say it out loud. I conceive, I believe, and then I will achieve. One more time. I want you to repeat these words. Are you ready?
